Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received and as described in the listing.

• Please note, we can only refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs.
  
  

Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products marked as non‑returnable (e.g. hygiene-sensitive items)

• Items clearly described as faulty or damaged

• Custom or personalised items
  
  

Return Shipping

• Unless the item was faulty or not as described, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

• Please send all returns via tracked mail — we cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked items.
  
  

Late Returns

• Items returned after the 30-day return period will not be eligible for a refund.

• If you send a return after this period, we reserve the right to charge a postage fee to return the item to you.
  
  

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

• If the item is not in its original condition, we may deduct an amount to reflect any loss in value.

2. Items Collected from Sellers (Consignment)

Returned by Buyers
If a customer returns an item you consigned to Stubuf:

• We will notify you promptly after the item is returned.

• You will have the option to:
  
  

  1. Collect the returned item from us within 30 days
     
     

  2. Ask us to donate or recycle it on your behalf
     
     

  3. Discuss relisting the item for resale (if suitable and agreed upon)
     
     

We’re happy to consider reselling returned items where appropriate — depending on condition, market demand, and previous performance.

Unsold Items

• Unsold items remain your property.

• If not collected or relisted within 30 days of notification, we may donate or recycle the item to manage space and inventory.

3. General Notes

• Please make sure all returns are securely packaged and sent with tracking.

• We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking details for your records.

• Stufbuf reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
