StufBuf is a company that helps people sell their unwanted items - your friendly neighbourhood selling assistant, if you will. We take those things you no longer need, sell them online, and look after all the tricky bits - from pick up and postage, to returns. All whilst giving you a selling experience that's easy as pie.
StufBuf was founded by a Cirencester-based husband and wife duo - Dan, a neat-freak with a penchant for tidiness, and Beth, a hoarder who'll never throw anything away because "hey, I'm going to sell that" (spoiler alert - she never does). Based on that information, it's pretty easy to see how StufBuf was born... StufBuf is Dan and Beth's baby (alongside their other baby - a black rescue cat named Bowie).

Here’s how it works: pack up your unwanted items—think good-condition gadgets, clothes, or that lamp you’ve been meaning to rehome—and book a collection at a time that suits you. Once we’ve whisked your stuff away, you can sit back and relax while we work our magic. From creating irresistible listings to managing sales, shipping, and even returns, we take care of everything. At StufBuf, we offer a full-service resale experience designed to make selling your unwanted items completely hassle-free. Here’s what we do:
Item Collection: You book an appointment, then we pick up your items directly from your house at a time that works for you.
Photography and Listings: Our team styles, photographs, and writes compelling descriptions to showcase your items.
Market Research and Pricing: We identify the best platforms and set optimal prices to maximize your earnings.
Storage: Your items are safely stored in our facility until they sell.
Sales Management: We handle buyer inquiries, price negotiations, and listing updates across multiple marketplaces.
Shipping and Pickups: From packaging to postage and coordinating in-person pickups, we do it all.
Returns and Resales: If an item is returned, we relist it and manage the process seamlessly.
Donations: You choose what happens to your unsold items. One option sees unsold items are donated to local charities, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

StufBuf currently operates within a 10 mile radius of Cirencester (GL7).
We do not currently accept items via post. But why would you want to post, when that would mean spending on postage and leaving the house! We'll collect your items from your door - book a collection appointment today.
Our collections appointments are designed to be as pain-free as possible - after all, we're all about streamlining your selling experience! The first step is booking your appointment and confirming your pick up address. We'll arrive at your address in your chosen time slot to collect your items. We'll make an inventory with you whilst we package your items up. Then we'll head off, ready to sell your stuff. Simple as that!
We understand, sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule. No problem - we kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible (preferably at least 24 hours). Please pop us an email or give us a call. We'll happily book you in for another time.

You can sell a whole host of stuff with StufBuf - from high quality clothing and accessories to electronics, gadgets and tools. We do have some golden rules, designed to ensure we're both getting the most out of the selling experience:
The £5 profit rule - stick to items that you think will make at least a fiver in profits
The Car Boot rule - to keep things simple and fees low, we only accept items that fit comfortably in a normal-sized car
The 15kg rule - if you can pick it up easily without calling in reinforcements, we can probably take it
The "sparks joy" rule - if it's seen better days or doesn't work anymore, it's not suitable for StufBuf

If you can't bring it on a plane, you probably can't sell it through StufBuf. We don't sell weapons, firearms, self-defense items, any kind of explosive etc.

Fake or counterfeit designer goods
Though we have big dreams, we're still a small operation and don't have the hugest storage facility in the world. One day that will change, but for now, we ask that you provide us with no more than 2 average-sized moving boxes per collection appointment. And remember - it costs £5 in processing fees per 10 items.
At this time, we don't accept large, heavy or bulky items. Please refer to our selling guide for more information on what you can sell.
We don't accept items that have seen better days or no longer work. Think - would someone buy this and get use from it in the way the item was intended to be used? If not, it's not a good candidate for StufBuf.
Remember our £5 profit golden rule. If the item won't make you £5 in profit, it isn't a good candidate for StufBuf.
